Custom Cooler/Freezer Construction

Commercial refrigeration is essential for businesses in the food service, hospitality, and healthcare industries. Choosing the right cooler or freezer is crucial for preserving food quality, ensuring food safety, and optimizing energy efficiency. Let Cool Box Coolers specialists help you build the most efficient cooling system for your business.

Key Considerations:

  1. Size and Capacity: Determine the required storage space based on the volume of food or products to be stored. Consider peak demand and future growth.
  2. Temperature Requirements: Different products require different temperature ranges. Ensure the cooler or freezer can maintain the necessary temperatures consistently.
  3. Type of Unit:

    1. Walk-in Coolers/Freezers: Large, enclosed spaces suitable for high-volume storage.
    2. Reach-in Coolers/Freezers: Smaller units with doors for easy access.
    3. Undercounter Coolers/Freezers: Compact units designed to fit under counters, often used for convenience.

  4. Energy Efficiency: Look for Energy Star-rated models to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. Consider insulation, door seals, and compressor efficiency.
  5. Construction Materials: Stainless steel is a popular choice for its durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning.
  6. Features: Consider features such as adjustable shelving, digital temperature controls, and alarms.
  7. Installation and Maintenance: Factor in installation costs and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Re-Purpose Rebuild Coolers/Freezers

We also do portable cooking hoods, which you’ll see one of the images depict. We can redo the floors, put on a new door, put new hardware on the doors, hinges handles and more...
